From an intimate baby shower with family and friends to a rockin’ New Year’s Eve bash, we’ve got you covered for all your special celebrations.

The Gallery is perfect for events with 100 or fewer guests, and is available for your special occasion beginning at $150 per hour (4 hour minimum).

The Warehouse is ideal for up to 200 guests, and is available for your special occasion beginning at $200 per hour (4 hour minimum).

  • A deposit of 50% plus your security deposit is required in order to lock in your date.  The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your event, along with the cleaning fee.  This is required for all wedding/party/corporate bookings.

  • If you would like a totally blank canvas for decoration, there is a $250.00 fee for removing the artwork from the gallery walls.

  • You may bring in any outside food and beverage into our space. We do not require that you work with any specific vendors, however, any caterers who prepare food on-site must be fully licensed and insured.  We are happy to recommend some of our favorites!

  • Standard tables and chairs are provided by the Gallery. If you desire upgraded tables and chairs we can recommend several reputable vendors.

  • A security deposit of $250.00 is required for every wedding/party/corporate event booking.  This security deposit is fully refundable contingent upon the venue being returned in a satisfactory condition.

  • A $75-150.00 cleaning fee is required for each event (depending on event size/duration). 

  • Rental times include set up and take down so please consider this when choosing the duration of your booking.  If your time goes over, a $250 per hour fee will be charged.

  • If you plan to serve alcohol to your guests and minors will be present at your event, we require that you hire a licensed and insured bartender.

  • All candles must be in containers that completely surround the flame.

  • No confetti or glitter.

  • Lights and decorations may be hung throughout the space as long as you do not use nails (anywhere) or tape (on the drywall).

  • We recommend an on-site security officer for late-night events. We would be happy to arrange it for you (additional fee will apply – typically $50 + $15/hour).

  • No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance.
